Job Description
24 Bedroom hotel, traditional pub, function room and garden. Operating within guidelines of big company with regards H&S, Cleaning, Stocktaking, Suppliers and pub menu, but loads of potential with specials, functions, theme nights, etc.
Average of 48 hours per week, split shifts to include breakfast shifts and weekends.
Ideally would like a person with passion for food and pride in watching people enjoy it. Someone who is interested in puttng in the hard work to make the business grow and a reputaion for themselves.
We are best known for our good reputation, standards, service and staff in the area, unfortunately the same can not be said for our food and we want to change that!!!
