Job Description

Our restaurant is described as a Great British interpretation of a classic French Brasserie, you will savour the delights of traditional favourites with modern imagination and new cooking methods.  Honest cooking using the finest ingredients proudly sourced from across the British Isles
We offer a fantastic working environment, provide you with continuous support including on and off the job training & development and study sponsorship.
You will be working 5 days per week with 2 days off, have a professional team to support you, a basic salary of £14,500 plus service charge of £2,000/2,500 per year, plus weekly cash tips. Accommodation with all bills included for only £25.20 per week!!!

The ideal Waiter/Waitress will have:
Hotel & Catering qualification
Experience within fine dining Restaurants or Hotels
Good customer service and communication skills
Excellent communication skills and able to deal with an International and up market clientele is essential

In return we will offer the Waiter/Waitress:
A basic salary of £14,500 per year for a live in position and you will also receive - Service charge of £2,000/2,500 per year, plus cash tips of £20/30 per week
£25.20 charge for accommodation (please note that £25.20 fee will also include free meals, uniform, laundry, water, electricity, gas, TV licence!!!!)
