We pride ourselves in offering a daily great British menu that is created to include the best seasonal produce from suppliers such as fisheries, local market growers and farmers.

Currently we are looking for passionate and experienced Head Waiters/Waitresses to join our dedicated team. The restaurant is located within a fantastic location of beautiful architectural surroundings nearby to a famous cathedral.

The right candidate for the Head Waiter/Waitress position will have excellent leadership and management skills as there is always scope to progress, is keen for a long term career in hospitality and catering, proven experience in running and operating their team and must have a professional personality displaying first class service.

In return we will offer the Head Waiter/Waitress:

Basic salary of £19,000 plus great tips / service charge
6/7 Shifts – Weekends off!!
24 days paid holiday per year
