Job Description
We offer the chance to work to a high standard in beautiful surroundings and an excellent opportunity has arisen within our Hotel for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie within the sauce section.
The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will have:
A qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in food preparation & cooking
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high quality and high volume kitchen
Experience as a strong Demi Chef de Partie who is looking for their next step up in their career
