Job Description
Currently we have an excellent opportunity that has arisen within our kitchen for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie Pastry. The position is for the New Garden Lounge and will involve the preparation of Breakfast and light Lunches.
The ideal Chef de Partie Pastry will have:
Pastry Chef qualification
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie Pastry in a high quality and high volume kitchen or a strong Demi Chef de Partie Pastry looking for their next step up
The ability to manage a team of 3 / 6 Pastry Chefs and to take his own decisions

We offer the Chef de Partie Pastry:
Annual Salary of £18,000
Great working week of 45-50 hours all straight shifts
Overtime paid!!!
