Job Description
We are looking for a chef de partie ++ to work for our speciality fish restaurant in Dorset. We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge, who is looking to be creative and contribute to our menu. Be involved in all aspects of cooking. Run service on our quieter nights and cover some of our lunchtimes. We make everything from our bread through to our petit fours. One of the owners is a fisherman, he grows his own vegetables through the summer to use in the restaurant and we try to use organic and sustainable fish whenever we can. We are looking to obtain rosettes this year so if you are excited by what you have read contact us asap
