Sous Chef – Michelin* Restaurant

Job Description

The role will involve using the finest ingredients to create innovative dishes, under the
supervision and guidance of this very well known chef and assist the Head chef in
overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen operation. You must have previous and proven experience in Michelin and or 3-4 AA rosette kitchens. As Sous chef you must be a strong all rounder and excellent team player with ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure. You must have a great eye for detail and be very creative with knowledge of today’s cooking methods and techniques. You must be reliable and possess a flexible and professional approach to their work.
The restaurant is earmarked to gain their second star so if you want to be a part of that please send your CV to me. The position is available with trials and interviews being taken immediately
