Job Description

The role involves assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of running a busy kitchen and using fresh ingredients to create innovative dishes and lots of daily specials. You must be an excellent team player and good all rounder with strong supervisory skills. Working within a dedicated brigade, you will assist in the training of junior staff. As Sous chef you must have a passion for great food, good communications skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
