Job Description
Our client has undertaken a massive restructuring program and are now targeting work such as luxury High Quality Residential, Social Housing, Student Accommodation and Budget Hotels. They are looking to recruit 1-2 Quantity Surveyors who could manage projects in the £5 – 15m bracket in this sector.
Person Specification
The ideal Quantity Surveyor must have a main contracting or large sub contractor background with knowledge of JCT Contracts.
