Job Description
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial/surveying function on a range of outfitting and construction related projects. Main Tasks and Duties: • Preparation of budgets in conjunction. • Procurement of subcontractors • Submission of quotations for variations • Preparation of interim applications • Preparation of monthly CVRs • Maintaining subcontractor accounts and final accounts • Management of Assistant Surveyors

Person Specification
Knowledge Required: • background within the Interiors industry would be an advantage. Essential Skills, Aptitudes & Qualifications: • Good commercial attitude and drive • Excellent communication skills • Personal/Articulate/Friendly • Third level Quantity Surveying qualification or construction related discipline. • Good computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Access and W. Star (Conquest would be an advantage) • Travel will be a requirement.
