Job Description
We are looking for CDP's and Junior Sous Chefs for our pub, a beautifully restored fine dining restaurant on the banks of the River Thames at Canary Wharf.
The Gun is a remarkable restaurant offering the very highest quality modern British and French menus.
We are looking for chefs who have experience in 2AA rosette and Michelin starred establishments. The kitchen brigade is 10 strong and we serve over 1000 covers per week.
