The Consultant will be responsible for leading and delivering WLC consulting commissions and will be accountable to the sub unit leader.

The candidate will be involved on a wide range of projects in key sectors including health, education and central of local govt and commercial property sectors too with project values ranging from £8 mil to £1 billion. Clients include many of the major UK and European Developers, SPVs and Funding Institutions.§
Leading the delivery of Whole Life Cost Consultancy commissions

Utilising the EC Harris bespoke modelling software, focusing on the preparation of WLC models in support of SP bidders as well as corporate clients too.

The candidate will ideally have a good understanding of PFI and knowledge of commercial issues relating to capex and revex optimisation in particular as well as knowledge of the FM Market generally.

The candidate will be able to work with minimum supervision and be capable of delivering high quality written reports to meet Client deadlines.

The role will involve extensive client facing work, involvement in ‘working sessions’ with all stakeholders; the candidate will have an opinion and be prepared to state it firmly, whilst also empathising with the different needs of the stakeholders.
