Job Description

A Consultant Building Surveyor with good commercial and public sector experience is required to work within a Primary Care Trust Hospital in Central London.

The role will include Spec Writing, as well as meeting with the client and putting together Tenders from this.

The work will be based on site, although there is a pool car if required to travel. The current scope of works include a 2 Storey Demolition, Asbestos Strip, and standard Refurb.

In return the successful candidate can expect a Market-leading Freelance Salary and responsibility for the projects. The role is initially for 9-12 months, but could be extended for the right person.

Candidates must have UK Building Surveying experience in order to apply for this opportunity.
