Job Description

This busy, design led practice, based in the heart of the West End, is looking for experienced technicians to produce packages for a large mixed-use scheme in central London.

As a technician, you will be working alongside the directors and package architects to produce all working drawings on this £36m scheme. The company has a number of mixed use and apart/hotel projects on their books, and there are numerous opportunities to work on these projects in the future.

Previous experience on residential and retail projects is advantageous, and a full working knowledge of AutoCAD and UK building regulations is essential.

The first project is due at stage E in 3 months, and contracts will reflect this. There will be long term and permanent opportunities for the right candidate after this.
