Hotel is a traditional country hotel situated on the edge of the beautiful New Forest in Ringwood, Hampshire. Famous for its perfect location, close enough to explore the magnificent countryside and scenic coastline of the county of sunny Dorset. We are a friendly and welcoming 34 bedrooms hotel that offers guests and locals a great dining experience in our attractive restaurant and a very popular venue for weddings and conferences.
We currently need to recruit a SOUS CHEF with experience of cooking good home made pub food to cater for all appetites. The ideal candidate will be comfortable on all sections, with a solid kitchen background.
The successful applicant will need to speak and understand good English, be enthusiastic about working in a commercial kitchen and be able to commit to a minimum of six months.
