Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work alongside our Head Chef in our busy country pub in Farnham, Surrey.
The pub has become one of the area's most successful dining pubs since we acquired and revamped it last year. It is food led, with all dishes prepared from fresh on the premises.
You must have experience of working in a high quality operation using fresh produce & be able to cope with high volumes of business. We are perfectionists at the pub so you must have a good eye for detail.
This is a great opportunity to become a key member of a small team running a really successful Surrey dining pub.
