Job Description

Our client who offers consulting services in planning, engineering, architecture, and project and construction management is looking for registered architects ideally with 4+ years experience of UK building regulations and construction methods. You will need key skills in liaising with consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers, most importantly understanding what it takes to be a key member of this fast growing successful team. We are ideally interested in hearing from candidates from internationally renowned Architectural firms with extensive experience within residential (high-rise apartments) and luxury hotels, preferably with a good balance of both technical and design skills.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work on complex schemes from initial concept design through to completion and be qualified to RIBA Part III or be ARB registered. If you have an excellent understanding of Architectural Detailing, Directing the work of other architects and drafters relative to the project requirements and have a good knowledge of CAD, then this is the opportunity of a lifetime to double your UK salary with an excellent expat relocation package.
