Job Description
Experience of dealing with a heavy caseload of Residential & Commercial and Industrial planning applications, also attending site visits, and writing reports
You will be responsible for the determination and monitoring of planning applications, and other associated applications for example listed building consent, advertisement consent, certificates of lawfulness etc which are submitted to the Council under the Planning Acts,
