Job Description
My client requires an individual to assume the role of Resident Liaison Officer. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in a stable RLO (Resident Liaison Officer) role; in particular working in conjunction with a Decent Homes Project (kitchen & bathroom refurbishments). This will involve continual liaison between Tenants in Situ, the Site Manager and other various trades & labour.
Applicants will need to have a background in the customer service sector and be able to demonstrate patience and the ability to deal sympathetically with people. Candidates must have good initiative and be able to work on their own or in a team environment.
