Our Client is a Project Management Consultancy specialising in commercial, leisure, retail, industrial, residential and telecommunications building projects ranging in value from £1m to £1bn.

They require a very experienced Project Manager for major projects in the London area. Previous senior management experience with a building contractor in the building industry is essential, together with more recent professional private practice project management experience.

The successful candidate must have a construction related university degree and professional qualification. It is likely that he / she will be a Chartered Engineer or Chartered Builder, and will already be well regarded in the industry.

Our Client’s management style requires someone with strong management skills who is a strategic thinker and an excellent team builder. He / she will be a pro-active manager with good communication skills and an outstanding delivery track record. This is a demanding role that offers exciting projects, challenges, career opportunities and rewards.

This company offers the whole property solution: finding the site, design team, legal team, construction team, consultants, etc. This role involves providing a very wide service to Clients’ and taking on an unusual amount of responsibility at a very early stage. You will be the single point of contact on jobs ranging from £2m - £100m.

Salary and benefits are commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
