This is a pub in a stunning village surrounded by the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, (1 hour from London). It is an opportunity to work as part of a small, professional kitchen team. Our small menu changes daily, with an emphasis on seasonal local produce (often from local farms - and local game)and fresh seafood.

We started 6 months ago with this project to turn around a country pub, we are making considerable progress, and now require a second chef in the Kitchen at CDP level, to work with our head chef who has previously worked up to Michelin standard.

Successful candidate must have experience, be tidy, organised, hard working and passionate about food.
5 day working week (approx 40-50 hours per week)

As we are also looking for Bar staff/assistant manager we could take a couple.

Drivers licence and own transport a plus
Fluent English essential
