Job Description
Our Client is a well know Top 5 Main Contractor working on the Athletes Village for the 2012 Olympic Games, located in Stratford, East London. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contracts Administrator) to look after financial aspects of the project. Commercial duties will include subcontractor payments, variations, valuations and cost reporting.
Previous experience on new build projects with a value of £10m - £20m plus is preferred.
