Junior Sous Chef – 2 AA Rosette, 21-23k Live-In, Hertfordshire

This is a wonderful opportunity for a creative, hard working and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join this stunning restaurant aiming for a Michelin star based in Hertfordshire. The main restaurant offers superb international cuisine, with fine wines from our extensive cellar. There are also four private dining rooms created to reflect the mood of the occasion, where guests can enjoy their chosen menu. This restaurant is a unique showcase for a classic dining experience, offering formality and elegance with immaculate service.
The role will involve using the finest ingredients to create innovative dishes, under the
supervision and guidance of an incredible Executive Chef and assisting the Senior Sous
overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen operation. Ideally as Jnr Sous chef you will already be proven and have had a stable background at Michelin or 2-3 AA Rosette level or as a Senior Chef de Partie looking for your next career move.
