Sous Chef – 3AA Rosette restaurant, London, 24-30k – Sous Chef

This is an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled, passionate and focused Sous Chef to join this award winning restaurant. The restaurant currently holds 3AA Rosettes but is going through a refurbishment and is changing to a more casual, all day dining, offering daily specials and traditional favourites

Using the finest of ingredients, you will be producing innovative dishes to the highest standards and working under an amazing Michelin trained Head Chef.

You must have had a strong restaurant background ideally in Michelin restaurants!! and be able to produce consistently good quality food for this high volume restaurant. The role would suit a strong communicator and good all rounder who is a fantastic team player and able to lead & motivate a team of 8 chefs. You will be deputising in the absence of the Head Chef and assisting with all aspects of running a busy kitchen.
