My client is a top restaurant group who are looking for an inspirational and talented Head Chef to join this busy, up-market Restaurant / Brasserie based in South West London. They have a great concept which works and require a leader to further develop the food offer and the team.

The ideal candidate will currently be a Head Chef at a top London restaurant or have a career history having worked in prestigious restaurants abroad - to Rosette or Michelin standards. You will be very talented and be able to work to a core menu and create fabulous daily specials. Menus are simple but well presented and it is all very much based around the concept of using fresh, local produce is used and dishes need to be consistently produced to the highest standards at all times. The successful candidate will a creative and strong kitchen manager who leads by example and has exceptional communication, organizational and management skills.

This role will involve evenings and weekends but you will be well rewarded for your hard work with excellent rates of pay and brilliant career opportunities.
