OUR CLIENT
The are a Leicester based engineering, sales and technical recruitment agency, which operate both locally and nationally in the specific fields of Engineering jobs, Technical jobs and Sales jobs. They use an extensive database of industry specific candidates and broad sales, technical and engineering industry knowledge to match recruitment requirements.

YOUR ROLE
They are looking an experienced recruiter to come in and take over a dual IT/Technical desk. You will need recruitment experience from a similar sector and have exceptional sales ability.

The role will involve the full recruitment cycle, placing candidates such as CAD engineers, IT Support and the likes. The desk is warm, however you will need to be comfortable with new business development , communicating with clients and negotiating. They are looking for dynamic, driven individuals who are passionate about recruitment as a career.
