SOUS CHEF REQUIRED FOR NEW CUTTING EDGE GOURMET SALAD DELIVERY COMPANY.
The company is 3 months old...We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a chef with a high level kithen background, who knows the kitchen, understands food and has a passion for creativity and good fresh food.

We have a really friendly team, we work hard, we have fun, and we produce new exciting salads, of all descriptions...
Currently we are doing 75 covers p/day on average, but as we launch the online ordering website, who knows what might happen!
At the moment, i cook and assemble all the salads, which then get packed with great care and attention by my right hand man.

I am looking for that right person, with the right attitude, to come and help me double or triple that 75 cover mark.
We use great ingredients from king crab to sword fish, to filet of pork ,Beef, quail. We have awesome hand made sauces and dressings, all taken from my michelin background, so dont think you will get bored of cooking salads as they are more than just salads.

To sum up the food, it is simple food done well every time.We do not cut corners EVER and the menu changes every 2 weeks.

This is just a sum up of what we do.

This is a great job for someone who wants to cook at a high level, but is bored with those anti social kitchen hours that we all come to hate in the end!!
We start at 7 am and service is over at 10.30 am.

Yes it is an early start but it is also an early finish!!We can come to a full agreement about hours and weekend work.

There is also a chance to go on with the company, and take on the role as head chef in the coming months which would mean more responsibility, more pay and more involvement.

Applicants should seriously consider the fact that our kitchen is in Battersea and they should therefore live in South london in order to arrive on time everytime, as would be required.
