Job Description
With offices in the centre of this thriving coastal town in East Sussex, this Local Authority is seeking the assistance of a Senior Development Control Planner to take on varied caseload predominately major applications for an initial contract position of around 4months.
Essentially a seaside resort, many of the applications relate to tourism, with many hotels and guest houses along the main beach. The main town also has numerous facilities including, parks, museums, cultural centres, and bandstands, and is also the main focus of a number of UK and International events.
This is a great opportunity to work on an interesting mix of work with a friendly and supportive team.
