Job Description
International Construction Company with a world leading Civil Engineering arm is currently seeking a Commercial Manager for the M25 project. Duties will include negotiating contracts with clients and employers, identifying unacceptable wording in bonds, warranties and other guarantees and cost management for the project. Applicants need an understanding of the cost to end of reporting period and comparison with allowance. In addition will need to have experience of value management for a multi-million pound civil engineering project. This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the worlds most successful and innovative multi-disciplinary contractors with an excellent reputation for staff rewards and fast track progression.
