Job Description
Junior Sous Chef - £22,000 – Slough (Buckinghamshire) 5* Hotel – Immediate start!!!
We are a charming 5* star hotel with a golf course and a health spa attached.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in food preparation & cooking
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high quality and high volume kitchen
- The ability to manage a team of 20/25 Chefs and to take his own decisions
