This large international consultancy offers the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile and technically challenging roads and transportation projects in the UK. With a wide variety of projects from their clients across Scotland, this role will include all activities relating to feasibility studies, assessment, design, construction and maintenance of bridges. In addition, you will be involved in the supervision and mentoring of graduates and technicians within the team.

You will be degree qualified and working towards Chartered status. A knowledge of bridge design, bridge assessment, and bridge inspections is essential as is knowledge of CDM and conditions of contract. Familiar with either a structural or civil engineering design office environment, you will show an aptitude for designing highway structures and carrying out the associated site and contract administration.
