Job Description
Luxury four star rated hotel with 41 stylish bedrooms, conference and banqueting facilities, de luxe spa and leisure centre and of course elegant restaurant urgently seeking a full time junior RECEPTIONIST.
We consider this to be a very important part of our business and therefore you must be of smart appearance and show a friendly and courteous manner towards our customers.
The position involves answering the switchboard, dealing with arriving and departing guests, guest requirements, taking reservations outside office hours and balancing the daily business.
Candidates will have excellent customer service skills.
Experience preferred but not essential.
Hours of work will include evenings and weekends.
We offer a competitive salary package, that includes live-in accommodation, if required, plus all meals and laundry facilities.
