Job Description
Strong chef de partie required for busy chelsea gastro pub, serving modern british food. The applicant will be required to take charge of our busy cold larder, hot starters and main course sections, rotating daily and assisting the head chef and sous chef with the daily meas en place.
we make the majority of all items on the menu, using the freshest ingredients where possible.
We require a Minimum of 2-3 years cooking experience in similar style establishments.
