Our client, an elegant 4* Country House Hotel set within its own grounds in the Northamptonshire countryside requires an Assistant Manager for its Brassiere Restaurant. Having strong leadership skills, the successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4* environment. He/she will be smart in appearance, be polite and courteous and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Able to work under their own initiative he/she will be a team player with a positive outlook, enthusiastic, with good communication and customer care skills.
