Job Description

A Chef de Rang required for an elegant 4* Country House Hotel set within its own grounds in the Northamptonshire countryside. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience in a 4* environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of a station, either at breakfast, lunch, dinner, private dining or room service and to should ensure that a high level of service is maintained. Responsibilities are: 1. To be able to set the restaurant to the standard required. 2. To gain knowledge of all the food products sold in the Hotel. 3. To be able to run the station to the standard required. 4. To be responsible for the Commis assigned to their station. 5. To be able to manage a private dining room for a particular service. All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
