Our client, an elegant 4* Country House Hotel set within its own grounds in the Northamptonshire countryside requires a Head Waiter to take charge of the banqueting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the dining room, during banquets and must ensure a high level of service is maintained. Responsibilities are: 1. To be able to set the restaurant to the standard required. 2. To gain knowledge of all the food products sold in the Hotel. 3. To be able to run the dining room to the standard required. 4. To be responsible for the Commis waiters assigned to their team. All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
