Job Description
A Receptionist is required for a 4* Hotel and Conference Venue located in beautiful surroundings in Buckinghamshire. Applicants must be very well presented, with excellent levels of English. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and, being enthusiastic and confident with a genuine desire to help people, will be a welcoming face to customers. He/She will demonstrate a modern approach to service and standards, will be computer literate and will be able to use computer programs such as Fidelio. Duties will include Telephone duties, Administration, including Guest Bills, Daily Statistics and Guest Reservations, room service orders and guest special requests. All applicants must also be able to legally live and work in the UK.
