Our clients, a 5* luxury hotel with a spa and many other amenities are seeking to appoint a Senior Chef de Partie to take on a leadership role within their 32 strong kitchen brigade. The chefs work across the seven kitchens which serve eight outlets including a 3 rosette fine dining restaurant. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate effective leadership abilities and should preferably have had previous experience in a similar role within a 3* or 4*establishment. The successful candidate must be flexible about areas of work, which may include various types of catering such as private dining, table d’hote and lunchtime buffets. He/she and will be passionate about the food they produce and will be eager to develop his/her skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients. He/she will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and must be eligible to live and work in the UK
