An imposing 200 year old Georgian Hotel in Wimborne Minster town square, with 27 en-suite bedrooms, all traditionally decorated and furnished to a high standard. We cater for a variety of dining occasions, offering a branded menu packed with a mouth-watering selection of modern, traditional and international favourites, at affordable prices. Wimborne Minster is ideally situated between the coast and the Dorset countryside, with Poole only 20 minutes and Bournemouth only 30 minutes away.

Due to high volumes of business we currently have a vacancy for a COUPLE: CHEF AND FRONT OF HOUSE PARTNER
1.) Chef/Cook
Applicants must be enthusiastic, flexible, have good communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and be a real team player. Key skills needed for this position are: first-class health and hygiene practices, familiarity with health and safety and previous kitchen experience.

2.) Bar & Waiting Person
Applicants should be presentable, professional, friendly and able to deliver quality service. Ideal candidates must be sociable and personable with a positive attitude to hard work. A smiley face is important, especially for the front of house positions. Previous experience is important, as we are a very customer focused establishment.

We offer live in accommodation on site, hourly rates of pay, subsidised meals (on duty) and in return we require a 6 month minimum commitment.
