Location: East London
Pay rate: £24 p/hr (ltd) (50 hour week)
An opportunity for a Project Engineer has arisen within a large UK main contractor group.
Company
This multi million pound project run by a prestigious blue chip company is looking for an experienced Project Engineer. The company provides a range of Civil Engineering construction services throughout the UK.
Main Duties
As a Project Engineer you will be working very closely with the Sub-Agent and Section Agent to provide technical information for the construction of associated roads, and rail / road / canal bridge structures. Duties will includes management of specialist sub-contracts, control and monitoring of safety in line with the method statements, risk assessments and company standards while assisting with the compliance including Quality Systems.
Requirements
The successful candidate will bring to the role;
•Previous demonstrated experience in delivering technical information through on site setting out and supervision of construction activities
•A willingness and competency in order to step up into hands on site based role.
•Proven excellent communication and people skills
•A solutions-orientated attitude with a desire to progress within the Construction Industry.
