The pub is situated on the banks of the famous Grand Union Canal, just a stone’s throw from a Marina. A charming inn with 6 Beds, busy Restaurant and Bar only a few miles from the historic town of Rugby. There is easy access to public transport with a bus station right out side the Restaurant/Pub.

We urgently need to hire a HEAD CHEF who can lead and inspire a small team to create and deliver exciting food whilst adhering to agreed budgets. Ensuring that our food is of the highest quality you should have enthusiasm with a flexible approach.
Duties will include menu planning, food production, full control of ordering supplies, stock control along with G.P.’s, costings etc.
You will be responsible for hygiene and safety management and all aspects of running a busy kitchen.
In return for your hard work and commitment we offer a salary package of £21000 plus bonuses, plus live-in accommodation, own en-suite room with T.V & laundry facilities.
