Job Description
My client is a large niche residential property management with 14 branches across the UK. Due to an increase in size of their Essex portfolio they have a requirement for a Residential Property Manager with prior experience in Block Management. The portfolio is approximately 1500 units and located within and around the Southend-on-Sea area and extends to both sides of the river
The individual will need to be experienced and adept at managing a portfolio of blocks with established long-term residents.
This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join one of the market leaders in Residential Block Management. There is a clear career path mapped out and the financial incentives are strong. It is foreseen that the successful individual will act as a number 2 within the business.
