The Client:
Our client is the principal contractor in a major infrastructure project in Central East London. The project itself involves a mix of heavy civils, rail and building works.

The position:
Our client requires an M&E Package Manager for an immediate start. The Package Manager will be based on Site and reporting to the Contracts Manager, and will be able to administer and supervise the Mechanical and Electrical services to the clients satisfaction from conception to completion.

The key responsibilities for the position are
To ensure the M&E complies with the client's specification and all standards and regulations
To monitor the package costs to keep in line with projected budget
Revision of the design to ensure successful installation
Liaise with all involved parties, from client to trade contractors to designer and be heavily involved with meetings
To ensure the package is delivered in line with QA

The successful candidate will:
Have come from a strong Electrical background, and able to read Schematics drawings.
Have experience in working with sub-contractors up to 30 in number.
be confident with feasibility reports to assist with budgets
Have a good knowledge of QA, British Standards, and other relevant documents.

Our client is looking for an immediate start on this long term contract position.
