Job Description
Less than 1 hour from Central London, you could be making the most of the Summer and working on the stunning south coast amid a mix of Regency heritage, boutique shopping, arts and an exceptional beachfront. This District Council requires an exceptional Planner with high standards to work in Development Control. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of residential, commerical, retail applications, including appeal cases and provide advice and guidance to applicants, developers, agents and other council departments. Great contract role, flexibility on rates and initial 3 months contract likely to be extended.
