Job Description
Our client, a large property investor is currently looking for an experienced Credit Control Team Leader. The role will be managing 3 people and previous property experience is essential. A credit control qualification would be a distinct advantage. The role duties are below:
•Ensure collection team hits targets and with the other divisions
•Keep the teams processes, procedures and policies up to date
•Ensure objectives are set and achieved
•Lead and motivate, as well as conducting performance reviews
•Develop positive relationships with tenants
•Understand and comply with all legal and accounting issues.
•Meet individual objectives
