Job Description
An outstanding opportunity as arisen for a Town Planner to work on major strategic projects at one of Londons most prestigious borough councils. You will play a key assessing strategic landuse of council owned land for development & regeneration that will include conducting feasibility studies, site appraisals and review of muncipal planning obligations. Additional duties will also include producing site development briefs and local development documents. Successful candidates will have acquired practical experience in either strategic planning, development control or policy.
