Job Description

As an experienced Policy Planner you will be assisting with the preparation of site development proposals and planning briefs and providing development and design advice. Additionally, the role will entail the implementation of the council’s Local Development Framework with particular reference to area development and town centres, as well as the production of Local Development Documents including planning briefs and design guidance.
