Job Description
Our client, a local authority in Cambridgeshire, are looking for a Senior Planning Officer to start in August.
The ideal candidate will be MRTPI and have several years development control experience dealing with major applications.
Experience of dealing with large-scale residential and commercial schemes is desirable. Must be confident, articulate, well organised and efficient, with good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be good team worker but also able to work with minimum of supervision. Must have strong commitment to securing high quality development.
Rates are negotiable.
