Job Description

RICS qualified Maintenance surveyor wanted to work within the largest co-operative housing service agency in London and the South of England dedicated to promoting, developing, and servicing housing co-operatives controlled by the people who live in them.

The Maintenance Surveyor will be primarily involved in the long term asset management of the 3000 units of social housing owned or managed by the Society. Over the next few years there will be a fairly intense programme of major repairs to oversee from complete property re-wiring, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, some roof repairs, cyclical maintenance programmes, boiler replacements and window replacement programmes.
