Our client a FTSE100 Property Company is currently looking for an experienced Service Charge Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team and work client side. The role's main duties are:

•Visit and maintain properties within the portfolio.
•Produce and send out invoices for all events triggering a service charge billing.
•Review the annual forecast input spreadsheets. Apportion to tenants and ensure the on account contributions are updated in advance of the following service charge year.
•Produce an annual reconciliation of the service charge for each property
•Provide financial information on both future and historic service charges to other departments, tenants and third party professionals
•Present a report of Actual against Forecast for both service charge and non-recoverable costs to the management team on a monthly basis with an explanation of the main variances.
•Assist in the preparation of monthly ground rent management schedules for all JV's and explain any variances in accordance to month-end timetable supplied by JV team.
•Undertake any other duties relating to the management of service .
